We manufacture in our own Nairobi workshop — cutting, sewing and embroidering each school’s uniform to its exact colour code and crest, rather than reselling generic stock.
There is no minimum order on standard sizes. Custom colours or a new crest set-up are more efficient at higher volumes, which we’ll advise on when you request a quote.
A first order — including agreeing the specification and, if needed, digitising a new crest for embroidery — typically takes 2–3 weeks from approval to delivery. Re-orders using an existing specification are faster.

We also make samples for schools and provide them immediately, so the head teacher, bursar or board can approve the fabric, the colour and the neatness of the garment making before the full order is made. Once the sample is approved we keep the pattern on file for re-orders.

A manufacturer makes the garments, so it controls quality, colours and branding. A distributor resells items made by others. We make our uniforms in Nairobi and also supply distributors.
You can buy standard sizes with no minimum order. Bulk orders get bulk rates.
Order before the school term opens, since demand rises just before it. Standard bulk embroidery is ready 5-7 working days after artwork approval, so allow for that.
A clear photo or logo file helps. We digitise it once for embroidery, and the file stays on record for repeat orders.
Yes. We have samples at every branch and agent as well as at the Kasarani, Nairobi shop. For schools we also make a sample and provide it immediately so you can approve the fabric and the quality of the garment making.
