Frequently asked questions

Q

Can you match our existing corporate colours?

Yes. Send us a sample garment, a Pantone reference, or your brand guidelines and we’ll match fabric and thread colours as closely as the material allows.

Q

Do you supply a single uniform or ongoing staff orders?

Both. Many corporate clients start with an initial staff fit-out, then re-order in smaller batches as new staff join — we keep your specification and artwork on file for exactly that.

Q

What’s the typical turnaround for a corporate order?

Standard sizes in stock fabric typically ship within 5–10 working days of artwork approval; fully custom fabric or colours take longer, and we’ll confirm a date when we quote.

Need something not listed here? We also supply driver uniforms and other specialist workwear — ask us when you request a quote.

Corporate wear in Kenya: how to plan staff uniforms that last

Buying corporate wear in Kenya is rarely about one garment. A company might need polo shirts for the office, overalls for the workshop, reflective jackets for the yard, a blazer for management and dust coats for the stores. If each item comes from a different supplier, colours and logos drift apart. A single manufacturer that handles cutting, sewing and branding keeps the whole wardrobe consistent.

MoveBrands is a Nairobi Kasarani-based manufacturer with a shop in Kasarani, Nairobi where procurement officers, HR managers and business owners can see fabrics and samples. We make, cut and sew, then embroider or print in-house, and we deliver countrywide.

Planning a company uniform order

  1. Decide who gets what: list roles, number of people and whether men's and women's cuts are needed.
  2. Pick one or two brand colours for garments and thread, and keep logo placement the same across items.
  3. Choose a branding method per item: embroidery for long-lived garments, screen printing for high volume or short campaigns.
  4. Collect sizes before ordering. Add spares for new hires.
  5. Get an itemised price list, approve artwork, and confirm collection or delivery.

Our blog guide to cost factors for school and corporate wear explains what moves the price of an order, so you can compare quotes properly.

Common mistakes with bulk staff uniforms

A short call or WhatsApp chat before you finalise the list usually catches these problems early.

Ordering and delivery

Send your logo and item list by WhatsApp to +254 720 149 329 or email info@movebrands.co.ke. We reply with an itemised price list or quote within the same working day. Online prices equal shop prices, and bulk rates apply to larger orders. Standard bulk embroidery is ready 5-7 working days after artwork approval. Your logo and pattern files stay on record so re-orders match.

We deliver from Nairobi across Kenya, including Mombasa, Machakos, Kiambu, Thika, Embu, Meru, Nanyuki, Nakuru, Eldoret, Kisumu and Kakamega. For tenders and large institutional orders, read about our bulk orders and branding services.
